C Fresh Agro began with one person who couldn’t find the fish he grew up with, and decided to bring it in himself.

Prathib Knows Good Fish From Bad
Prathib has been around seafood all his life. His passion started in childhood, on a coast where fish came in fresh every morning and everyone knew what good looked like.
When he moved to Vancouver, the fish he loved was nowhere to be found. So in 2015 he started C Fresh Agro to bring it in himself: reef and open-water fish from the Indian Ocean and beyond, flown in fresh and cut the way people actually cook.
Today he still checks what comes through the door. If it isn’t right, it doesn’t reach the counter.
